Vivek Ramachandran’s code ended up in the movie/trailer for White House Down:

How do I feel about this?ย Great..Also, the character in front of the computer seems quite excited (hands raised) as he is downloading / viewing / running my code ๐Ÿ™‚ What could make a developer more happy than to see his code inciting such thrill!

Pretty damn cool.

    Dann , i stumbled upon a meme writen back in 2011 sharing the story of your cat’s accident, and i followed the website.. but i never imagine the ammount of enriching, educative and interesting info you post. i myself a guy interested in any kind of sciences, programing, computer repair as well as software aficionado, really enjoys your blog, keep up the good work as always and i hope your cat its fully healed as i myself own two cats and they have became a good conpany to me. hope to see more blogs ๐Ÿ™‚

      Thank you so much for the kind words! I’m glad you’re finding the website interesting and useful: that was my main goal when starting to write here.

      Maimy is completely healed and as good as new. You can’t tell he even had any issues, with the way he still jumps on everyone and climbs everywhere.

      Still slowly paying off the remainder of the vet bill, but putting that post and comic online provided a LOT of help. I was overwhelmed by the amount of support that jumped in to help me.
